Jiangmen Changhe Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd(Changhe Group) was founded in July 2002. Changhe Group is a large-scale National High-Tech enterprise with diverse development. It manufactures sports flooring systems materials、construction chemical materials、commercial and industrial floor coatings systems 、resin synthesis、petrochemicals、yacht manufacturing and tourism, etc. It has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and other international standard system certifications fully stipulate. 

Changhe Group is well-known for its leading research and development in sports floorings systems materials ,especially the invention of “Si-PU” material . It has 16 national patents and more than 20 R&D personnel .There are two major production bases in Jiangmen city and Nanjing city with an annual production capacity of over 200,000 tons. Changehe Group has 24 marketing service offices nationwide and the products are exported to many countries .The cumulative paving sports ground area has exceeded 40 million square meters.

Semi-prefabricated Athletic Track ？

ESPU® seamless semi-prefabricated track is a seamless semi-prefabricated track developed by Changhe Group independently , which meets the international competition standards. It is characterized by the use of prefabricated micro-foaming polyurethane cushion roll at the bottom, with excellent absorption and minimal vertical deformation, which can effectively improve the performance of athletes and ensure the safety of sports.

Prefabricated micro-foamed polyurethane cushion roll adopts factory prefabrication process with constant and consistent performance, which can effectively avoid the quality problems such as bubbling, delamination and non-curing during the construction of cast-in-place site, and meet the requirements of relatively fast construction at the same time.

After more than 10 years of production and construction experience, it is found that the cast-in-place type athletic track is prone to have problems in the proportion of materials mixing on site ,the site construction more uncertain factors, lead to uneven thickness of the athletic track construction,like not curing, foaming, so long Changhe Group after many years of research and development combined with the unique micro foaming patent technology, developed ESPU®Prefabricated PUR Cushion Roll to solve the construction difficulties and time consuming , influenced by outside factors such as environment and weather, which on the basis of the guarantee of high- quality sports performance, simplify the construction process, improve efficiency.

In the production process of ESPU®Prefabricated PUR Cushion Roll , high-quality brand-new polyurethane raw material is selected, and no recycled waste is filled in, so it can effectively ensure the stable environmental protection performance of the product, and ensure that it is non-toxic and odorless in the use process.

Changhe ESPU®Athletic Track System selects the high-quality polyurea polyurethane materials from the primer layer, adhesive layer, prefabricated cushion layer and surface layer as a whole to ensure better adhesion between the layers. Ensure that the chemical and physical properties and the service life of the running track are constant after the overall construction is completed.
