Job Description
Responsible for the operation of the company's cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Amazon (North America Station/Europe Station) and temu, through accurate market analysis, effective product promotion strategies, and continuous optimization of product information and sales strategies, improve product exposure, click rate and conversion rate, and thus improve the company's overall sales performance.
Job Requirements
1. Academic background: College degree or above, English major background is preferred, but excellent candidates with relevant work experience can appropriately relax the academic requirements.
2. Personal qualities: cheerful personality, excellent communication, coordination and execution skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and external partners.
3. Language ability: Good English reading and writing ability, able to read and understand English documents smoothly, write English emails and product descriptions.
4. Skills: Proficient in using Excel, Word and other office software, able to efficiently carry out data processing and document editing. Familiar with the operating rules and processes of Amazon and temu platforms, with 2 years or more experience in cross-border e-commerce platform operations.
5. Industry experience: experience in auto parts or digital 3C products is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Platform management: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Amazon (North America Station/Europe Station) and temu platform to ensure the normal operation of the store and the effective promotion of products.
2. Market research: Regularly conduct market research on platform products, collect and analyze the market and competitor conditions, and provide a basis for formulating effective marketing strategies.
3, marketing strategy formulation: according to the results of market research, formulate and implement marketing promotion and stocking plan to ensure sufficient product inventory and stable sales.
4. Product optimization: refining product selling points, optimizing product listing and keywords, and improving product exposure and conversion rate.
5. Sales statistics and promotion: make statistics on the sales of each platform, make sales reports, analyze sales data, assist in formulating measures to improve performance and follow up the implementation.
6. Other work: Complete other e-commerce and online marketing related work assigned by superiors.
