Job Description:
Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the company's quality management, to ensure that products and services meet all regulations, industry standards and internal quality standards. Develop and implement quality management plan, lead and coordinate the quality activities of all departments to promote the improvement and continuous improvement of the overall quality of the company. Main Responsibilities:
1, planning and implementation of quality management strategy: responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the company's quality management work, to ensure that products and services in line with laws and regulations, industry standards and internal quality requirements.
2, the development of quality management plan: build and optimize the company's quality management plan, including clear quality objectives, the development of quality standards, the selection of quality control methods and tools, while supervising and guiding the implementation of various departments.
3. Quality management system construction: establish and maintain the quality management system, ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the system, and provide a solid system guarantee for the company's product quality.
4. Cross-departmental coordination of quality work: organize and coordinate the quality work of various departments within the company, ensure the effective implementation and supervision of various quality activities, and realize cross-departmental quality coordination.
5. Quality monitoring and improvement: monitor the company's product quality, conduct in-depth investigation of quality problems and propose solutions to promote continuous improvement of product quality.
6. Customer relationship and communication: Establish and maintain good communication and cooperation with customers, suppliers and regulatory agencies to ensure that the company's product quality meets the requirements of all parties.
7. Quality problem handling and reporting: track and deal with the company's quality problems, report the processing results in a timely manner, summarize and analyze the quality problems, and propose improvement measures.

Job Requirements:
1. Educational background: College degree or above, major in science and engineering or management is preferred.
