Population ageing is increasingly becoming an urgent social problem and strategic task. A few days ago, we joined hands with Covestro to lay a safe floor for the Shenjiang Maintenance Home in Jinqiao, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. While ensuring the health and safety of the elderly, it also makes the nursing home environment completely new.

Shenjiang Nursing Home covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters and has a total of 252 beds. The floor construction scope includes the laundry room of the nursing home and the outdoor art corridor, which are the areas where the elderly have frequent activities. Therefore, the materials need to have good skid resistance, scratch resistance, environmental protection and mildew resistance, low odor, easy cleaning and other characteristics. From pre-design to construction, the project was delivered efficiently in just 15 days.
